Devlog - 71
Changes:
ANY OS:
- Added a bunch of new rooms, finally all rooms in this area now exist in game.
------------------------------------------
This may not seem like a lot but thanks to the break I took to work on the side project I now managed to add this bunch of rooms in a matter of days which would likely have taken me weeks if I would have attempted it before taking a break.
Hopefully this motivation sticks for a while now and since this area is now "finished" I can get to work on another area and/or some mechanics so it will finally be something different.
As mentioned in a devlog before, I will still be in room creation mode so devlogs will likely stay similar to this for a while as there is not much else to say when just creating and adding rooms.

It's incredible dedication to stick at it like you have. Breaks are only natural and arguably required! Be happy with the well-playing and beautiful game engine you have made, and enjoy creating room-based puzzles in it :)
Hey thanks, I'll be sticking with this for as long as possible. :)
Things are going much faster now than they have in a long time and it's most definitely because I took a break.
I'll keep working on these rooms so that I can finally have all rooms available in game some time "soon".
A break to refresh your mind is always a great thing! And adding content can definitely be the most time consuming part of any project. Take your time, good quality is always worth waiting for! Looking forward to playing more of this!
Yeah, refreshing the mind is what I'm hoping the side project will help with if I work on it for a bit every now and then.
And yes, adding these rooms takes a lot of time since everything is hand placed.
This area in particular requires a lot of extra detailing as well so it took longer than usual, but now it's pretty much done so maybe other areas will be easier to add.
I'm looking forward to everyone playing the full game as well, whenever it's done. ^^
